I visited the location at Building 1260, Carolina Rd Road, Moyock City, and found it to be a well-organized government service center. The staff seemed to be knowledgeable and friendly, especially when I needed help with something. However, I was a bit surprised by the layout of the building, which seemed a bit cramped. The parking lot is easily accessible and has designated spaces for people with disabilities. One thing I noticed was that the entrance was also wheelchair accessible, which is a big plus. I'm not sure about the pricing, as I didn't have to pay for anything, but the services they provided were free. The office seems to be doing a good job of keeping up with the latest technologies, as evidenced by the features they have in place. The co-branding with TSC Northwest Student Management Bld 41 suggests that they are trying to be a one-stop shop for people in the community. Overall, my experience was mostly positive, but I did notice that some areas of the building could use a bit of an update.
