This non-profit organization is well-established and easily accessible in the Manteo City area. The building at 410 Queen Elizabeth Ave is visible and can't be missed. The community is lucky to have this organization providing important services. The staff here works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If there's one thing to improve here, it's the lack of transparency on the costs of their programs and services. Overall, the community support that THE OBX WAY provides is invaluable.
