This sports and fitness location has a great reputation among clients, with many praising its knowledgeable and skilled personal trainers. They provide a supportive and non-judgmental atmosphere, helping clients achieve their fitness goals. The facility is well-equipped, with a variety of classes and services available, including strength training, HIIT, Pilates, and spin classes. The staff is friendly and helpful, making clients feel welcome and at ease. The gym is clean and well-maintained, with a convenient location in downtown Elizabeth City. One potential drawback is the parking situation, which may be challenging during high-traffic hours. However, the gym's flexibility and accommodating staff make it a great choice for those looking to improve their health and fitness. Overall, it's a top-notch facility with a strong focus on client satisfaction and success.
