This location is a real estate agency that offers apartment rentals and holiday apartment rentals. The agency is located at Building 501, Old Stoney Rd Road, Corolla City, and is co-branded with Resort Realty - Corolla office. Unfortunately, the property we stayed in was in a very poor condition. The exterior of the house was neglected, with overgrown weeds and unmaintained landscape. The exterior railing was not painted in years, and many of the spindles were broken. The lights surrounding the pool were not working, making it a safety concern at night. The interior of the house was also badly maintained. The flooring was in awful condition, with original Berber carpeting that was badly stained and buckled. The home was filthy, with layers of dirt and dust on the curtains, window blinds, and windows. Many of the windows had broken seals, and some of the sliding doors had broken locks. We also had issues with mold in the house, which made our family members sick. Despite reporting this issue to Resort Realty, they did not take any action to address the problem. However, one of the staff members, Theresa Felton, was very helpful in resolving our issues. She showed initiative and determination to resolve our problems. Unfortunately, our overall experience with Resort Realty was disappointing, and we would not recommend renting from them. The property was not well-maintained, and the customer service was poor. One issue that stood out was the lack of attention to detail and the neglect of the property. It seemed like the agency did not care about the condition of the property or the well-being of their customers.
