The business is a reliable and professional auto repair shop with a friendly and experienced mechanic, Mr. Murray. The services offered are good, and the quality of work is high. Prices are reasonable, which is a plus. The location is wheelchair accessible, and the working hours are standard. However, there is a concerning issue with the lack of business etiquette and knowledge of North Carolina laws, which may lead to bait and switch practices. Despite this, the shop has many positive reviews, and it seems that Mr. Murray is a trustworthy and skilled mechanic. To improve, the shop should focus on providing clear information about their services and pricing to avoid any misunderstandings.
