This apartment complex is a great place to live, with a beautiful and spacious interior. The association has updated the condo with the finest appliances and new plumbing fixtures throughout. Everything is worry-free with all appliances still under warranty. The complex is wheelchair accessible, with a parking lot and entrance that can accommodate people with mobility issues. However, the condo is quite pricey. The proximity to the amenities of the Monterey Pines co-brand location is a major plus. Overall, the complex is very well-maintained and provides a great quality of life for its residents.
