This business location appears to be a reliable choice for boat repair services. The overall experience seems to be very positive, with a high average rating of 4.5 out of 5. The quality of work is also consistently high, with many customers praising the excellent service they received. Pricing seems to be fair, with many customers noting that the prices are reasonable. The business is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for people with disabilities to visit. However, there seems to be an issue with the business's ability to follow through on commitments, as one customer had a very negative experience after being promised a timely repair that was not completed. The business could work on improving its communication and timeliness to ensure that customers are kept informed and satisfied with the service they receive.
