This construction company has its fair share of pros and cons. From the outside, the complex appears well-maintained, with neatly trimmed lawns and neatly painted buildings. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which is a nice touch. They seem to be organized, with clear signs directing visitors to the main entrance. The building itself looks sturdy and impressive, with high ceilings and large windows. However, upon closer inspection, some of the walls appear to be in need of repainting, and the furniture looks slightly worn out. Despite this, the office space seems to be well-equipped, with modern computers and printers. The Co-Brand with Lotus Ridge seems to be a great partnership, bringing in a lot of expertise and resources. However, the lack of transparency in pricing is a major issue that needs to be addressed. They seem to be involved in various projects, including housing development, construction, and modeling, which is impressive.
