I had a great experience at Elizabeth City GMC. The service department was very attentive to my needs, and they went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was serviced promptly and efficiently. Jennifer and Patty were very knowledgeable and helpful, and they made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. The service center was clean and well-organized, and the staff was friendly and courteous. The only issue I had was with the older lady at the front desk, who was rude and unprofessional. She seemed to be in a hurry and was not very helpful. However, the rest of the staff made up for it with their excellent service and attitude. Overall, I would highly recommend Elizabeth City GMC for all your automotive needs.
