I visited the office of Ryan M Smith, a financial advisor with Edward Jones, located at 425-A McArthur Dr Drive in Elizabeth City. Overall, my experience was quite positive. The office is conveniently located and easy to find. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The quality of service I received was excellent, with Ryan taking the time to explain everything in detail and answering all my questions. I was impressed by his knowledge and expertise in the field of finance. However, I felt that the office could benefit from some modernization, as it seemed a bit outdated. The high level of service and expertise of Ryan and his team, however, makes up for this. Pricing seems to be fair and competitive, which is a big plus. One issue that stood out to me was the lack of online resources and tools available for clients, which could be improved to make the experience more efficient.
