This location has a decent overall experience, but there are some issues to be aware of. The quality of the accommodation is average, with some problems with the TV and hot tub not working on arrival. The living room outlets were also not functioning, but this was quickly fixed by flipping the breaker. However, the hot tub remained out of order. Additionally, a sewage smell around the pool comes and goes, which may be a concern for some guests.The location is not well-equipped, with some essentials like toilet paper and hand soap missing from the bathrooms. The views from the sunset deck are lovely and make up for some of the issues. The beach access is also a big plus, being just a short walk across the highway.There is a lot of stairs outside, which may be a challenge for some guests, particularly with awkward spiral staircases. However, the pool, although smaller than expected, is a nice touch. Some items are not furnished, so it's a good idea to double-check what's included in the rental before booking.Despite the issues, the location has a lot of potential, and with some attention to detail, it could be a great place to stay.
