The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Natasha, who went above and beyond to assist me in finding my dream home. She was knowledgeable, patient, and responsive to all my questions and concerns. The homes on the lot were well-maintained and beautifully decorated, and I was impressed by the quality of the finishes and workmanship.The sales process was smooth and efficient, and Natasha kept me informed every step of the way. I appreciated her transparency and honesty, and she never pressured me to make a decision that I wasn't comfortable with. The entire team at Clayton Homes was professional and courteous, and I felt welcome and supported throughout the process.However, I did notice that the initial consultation process was a bit disorganized, and it took some time to get answers to my questions. This made me feel a bit uncomfortable and pressured, and I had to ask her to clarify the costs and benefits of each option.
