This location is a great spot for entertainment and events. The quality of the services offered by the recording studios and radio broadcaster is good, but not outstanding. They seem to be doing a fine job with what they have. The pricing for the services is reasonable, one of the better deals in the area. However, it's worth noting that the building where the location is housed could use some maintenance. It's not a major issue, but it's noticeable. Despite this, the staff and management at this location are very friendly and welcoming. The co-branding with 95.3 Rock is a great addition, and it brings a lot of attention to the area. The overall atmosphere is lively and energetic, making it a great place to visit. One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing in the recording studios, as some noise can be heard from outside.
