This home inspection service has received high praise from multiple clients. The owner, John, is described as professional, thorough, and easy to work with. He provides detailed reports and is willing to answer questions. His communication is great, and he is flexible with scheduling. The clients have reported feeling at ease with John, who seems to take a personal interest in each inspection. The service is also praised for being timely and efficient. The reports are delivered quickly, often the next morning, and are well-organized with good photos. One client noted that John's pricing was reasonable, especially considering the high prices of services in the area. Overall, the service seems to be well-organized and reliable, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. However, one client mentioned that John was not as thorough as they would have liked, which is the only criticism raised in the reviews.
