The property management is efficient, and the services offered are convenient. The condominium complex is wheelchair accessible, making it easy for everyone to navigate.However, there was one instance where the cleanliness of the unit was not up to par. On one occasion, a guest reported finding dried food on the floor, crumbs and hair on the couch, and other signs of poor housekeeping. Thankfully, the staff was responsive and offered to have the unit cleaned, but it would have been better if it had been done properly in the first place.Overall, the condominium complex is a great place to live, with friendly staff and plenty of amenities. While there may be some occasional issues with cleanliness, the positives far outweigh the negatives.Amenities such as a swimming pool and onsite services make this place a great destination for those who want to enjoy the water and the surrounding area. The location is also close to various attractions and activities, such as boat tours and dolphin cruises.
