This location is a great place to stay, especially for those who want to be close to the beach. The beautiful views from the balcony are a major plus, and the fact that it's within walking distance to the pier and local restaurants makes it very convenient. The condo is spacious and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen and clean linens.However, the quality of the condo could be improved. Some of the furniture and decor are a bit dated, and the carpets could use a good cleaning. Additionally, the Wi-Fi and cable TV in the bedroom didn't work properly, which was a bit frustrating.The pricing of the condo is reasonable, especially considering the great location and amenities. However, some guests have mentioned that the place could be cleaned better, and the staff could be more responsive to requests.The innovativeness of the condo is a mixed bag. On the one hand, the owners have done a great job of updating the condo and adding modern amenities like a Keurig and a comfortable living room.
