I visited this medical service location, which is a part of Sentara. They are very welcoming and provide good quality care. The staff is friendly and the doctor I saw was very professional. They have a restroom on site which is great for convenience. The location is wheelchair accessible, which is a plus. I was impressed with the care I received, but I'm not sure about the pricing as I didn't have to pay out of pocket. I didn't notice anything particularly innovative about the service, but the staff was very knowledgeable. They accept debit cards and credit cards for payments. The co-branding with Miller J. Van Vliet, D.O. is a nice touch. The location is in a building with other medical services, which is convenient for patients. I would recommend this location to others. The only thing I would suggest is that they consider adding more amenities, such as a waiting area with refreshments.
