This location is a wonderful place to visit for those interested in art and culture, with its museum and theme park. The scenery is indeed beautiful and quiet, making it an ideal spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The large island offers plenty of opportunities for driving and exploration, and the nearby Currituck/ Knotts Island Ferry provides a great way to see the area from a different perspective. However, it's worth noting that the location can be quite big, and some visitors may need to plan their day carefully to make the most of their time. Unfortunately, the place was closed due to COVID19, and some visitors reported it being a mess, but these issues seem to be resolved now. With its wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, the location is also very accessible for visitors with mobility issues. A little tip for visitors: make sure to have all necessary licenses if you plan to fish.
