This medical service location has a lot to offer. The staff is friendly and welcoming, which makes you feel at ease as soon as you step inside. The services provided by the internist and rheumatologist are top-notch, and the patients are treated with care and respect. The location is easily accessible, with a wheelchair-accessible entrance, parking lot, and restroom. Payments can be made using NFC mobile payments, debit cards, or credit cards, which is very convenient. However, the front desk customer service can be improved. On my visit, I experienced a terrible service from the front desk staff. They treated me with a lack of empathy and didn't communicate clearly about my situation. It would be great if they could work on their communication skills to make the patients feel more valued. Despite this issue, the overall experience at this location is positive, and the prices are very reasonable.
