It seems that the location is only open from 8:30 to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The availability of parking and restrooms is a plus, as is the wheelchair accessibility of the parking lot, entrance, and restrooms. It's worth noting that not everyone has had a positive experience with the system, citing concerns that it may not be in place to help people.
