We visited Buxton Munch during our vacation to the Outer Banks. The restaurant is located in a cozy shopping center and has a laid-back, beachy vibe. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the service was prompt and attentive.The food was the highlight of our visit. We ordered the fish tacos, which were cooked to perfection and tasted amazing. The portion size was generous, and the prices were reasonable. We also appreciated the variety of options on the menu, including vegetarian and gluten-free choices.One of the things that sets Buxton Munch apart from other restaurants is its commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menu changes seasonally, and the chef takes pride in creating dishes that showcase the best of the region's seafood.In terms of innovativeness, Buxton Munch is definitely a standout. With its friendly staff, fresh ingredients, and creative menu, it's a must-visit destination for foodies and beachgoers alike.We did experience one issue during our visit, however. The restaurant's hours of operation were listed as 11am-4pm, but we arrived at 3:45pm and were told that they were closed. We were disappointed to miss out on a meal, and we hope that the restaurant will consider extending its hours to accommodate more customers.We would give Buxton Munch 4.7 out of 5 stars. The only reason we didn't give it a full 5 stars is because of the issue with the hours of operation. However, we would definitely recommend it to others and plan to return in the future.
